Metro Vancouver Transit Police report they've recently arrested two repeat sexual assault suspects – one in Surrey and the other in Vancouver – and are recommending that the BC Prosecution Service lay multiple charges.

Sergeant Dustin Szakacs said people who reported the alleged crimes played a "pivotal role by making the arrests possible, and interrupted the suspects’ alleged pattern of criminal behaviour.

"When crimes such as these are reported quickly, Transit Police detectives have more resources available to investigate crime and support transit users," he explained.
