CENTERVILLE, Texas (KBTX) - The Leon County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) announced the passing of Chief Deputy Brent Walter on Wednesday, who dedicated 25 years of service to the county after serving 21 years with the Houston Police Department.
In a statement, the Sheriff’s Office said Walter brought “a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and experience” to the agency, and shaped the careers of those he mentored.
