BLOOMINGTON, Ill. (WMBD) -- Connect Transit announced on Thursday that it would not be operating on Monday in observance of Labor Day.

While they will not be operating, they will be representing the Amalgamated Transit Union, Local 752, during the Bloomington Labor Day parade, Connect Transit Spokesperson Mark Huffman said.

Regular bus services will resume on Tuesday during normal operating hours.
