BAXTER — A 30-year-old Baxter man was arrested Tuesday, Aug. 26, for pushing his fiancée into bricks when she called 911.
Timothy Dewayne Flatt was charged with felony domestic assault and gross misdemeanor interfering with an emergency telephone call.
He made his first appearance in Crow Wing County District Court on Thursday, Aug. 28, and was granted a public defender. He was given a $60,000 bail/bond with no conditions and a $0 release with conditions.
During his court appearance, Flatt admitted to violating his parole and had a sentence of 180 days in Crow Wing County Jail reinstated with two days' credit for time served. He remains in Crow Wing County Jail and his next court appearance is scheduled for Oct. 23.
