Visitors to Fish Creek Provincial Park on Friday may come across a peculiar site, as fisheries biologists conduct a long-awaited survey of the creek’s aquatic life.

Donning waders and a special backpack that looks straight out of Ghostbusters, fisheries biologists are undertaking a fish inventory at five select locations along the provincial park’s creek bed this week, using a technique called electro-fishing to take stock of the park’s fish populations.
