GREEN BAY, Wis. -- After lots of speculation, Micah Parsons confirmed the news himself. He's heading to Green Bay.

The All-Pro linebacker made a social media post Thursday celebrating the move. NFL Insider Ian Rapoport reported that, not only did the Cowboys trade Parsons to the Packers, he and the team have agreed to a four-year $188 million deal.

Parsons has been one of the top defensive players in the NFL over the last several seasons with the Cowboys. He has 52.5 career sacks over four seasons including 12 last season. He also has 9 career forced fumbles.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reported that defensive tackle Kenny Clark and two first-round picks were sent to Dallas in the trade.
