A federal judge has agreed to add the Conway School District to those Arkansas school districts already being sued over implementation of a state law requiring that they post the Ten Commandments in all classrooms and libraries.

U.S District Judge Timothy Brooks handed down the order Wednesday, prompting the American Civil Liberties Union of Arkansas on Thursday to file a supplemental lawsuit adding three Conway parents and their minor children to the case . In response, and per the judge’s instruction, the Conway parents on Thursday asked Brooks to order the central Arkansas school district to remove the posters that have been on display since the school year started earlier this month.
