For months, teachers and parents have been talking to NBC4 about their fears of violence inside Columbus City Schools. It's not just fights between students, but also physical attacks and threats directed at teachers. A longtime police officer told NCB4 that he's seen some violence in a CCS high school that reminded him of what he's seen in jail. An elementary school teacher, who asked not to show her name or face because she is worried about speaking out, said she feels more like a cop than an educator.
