President Donald Trump responded on Sunday to speculation that he's in bad health.
Over the past couple of days, analysts and former Trump world insiders have speculated that Trump's health is declining. Media reports have cited pictures of the president's hand, which bears a large bruise, as a sign of his declining health. The speculation intensified after Trump seemed to avoid media attention between Friday and Saturday.
Trump's camp also sent out an email saying, "I want to try and get to heaven if possible. I hear I'm not doing well. I hear I'm really at the bottom of the totem pole."
Speculation about the president's health became so rampant that the #Trumpdead hashtag went viral on X.
Trump's MAGA allies have tried to explain away the president's health. For instance, conservative lawyer Rogan O’Handley, also known as DC_Draino on social media, claimed on Truth Social that Trump "puts in more public work hours than any other POTUS in US history."
Trump responded to O'Handley in his own Truth Social post on Sunday.
"Never felt better in my life," Trump wrote on Truth Social.
"Also, DC is a crime free zone!" he added.
