TOWN OF ULSTER, N.Y. — Town Supervisor Jim Quigley has asked the town building inspector to schedule an “intensive inspection within the next two weeks” of conditions at the Kingston Motel, he said Thursday, following complaints of filthy rooms, dirty bedding and insect infestations.
Quigley said his directive came in response to complaints from residents to local media about conditions at the 239 Forest Hill Drive facility, formerly known as the Skytop Motel and the Rodeway Inn.
Building Inspector William Tutt will also provide the Freeman with copies of the latest building inspection reports for the facility in response to a state Freedom of Information Law request, Quigley said.
