(CNN) – Americans have nearly one billion reasons to buy a Powerball ticket this week.

The lottery game’s jackpot now sits at $950 million after no one correctly matched all six numbers on Wednesday night.

This now makes it the sixth-largest prize amount in Powerball history.

The jackpot has been rolling over since the last winner on May 31.

If someone wins Saturday night’s drawing, that player can choose to get 29 yearly payments or a lump sum payment of around $429 million.

Powerball tickets are $2 each and are sold in 45 states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Your chances to win the Powerball drawing? Lottery officials say it’s roughly one in 292 million.
