Route M, between Old U.S, 40 and County Road 240, is closed due to an overturned tractor trailer, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop F.
According to an X post , the tractor trailer is loaded with anhydrous ammonia, which is usually used as a type of fertilizer.
MSHP reports that there are currently no injuries or leaks at this time.
Drivers are being asked to avoid the area until the situation is cleared.
