TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) — Mobile home parks overcharging utilities for residents has the Arizona Attorney General's Office investigating and trying to hold these landlords accountable.

Attorney General Kris Mayes visited Desert Haven Mobile Home Park on the westside to talk to residents about the high utility prices and the steps her office is taking to remedy the situation.

Mayes says as result of this investigation, residents of Desert Haven Mobile Home Park will be getting credited.

"People who live here get possibly hundreds and in a couple cases upwards of 1000 dollars back for overcharging that's happened over a period of 8 years," Mayes said.
