A man down from Rye, NH with three OUI convictions under his belt was ordered held at a Massachusetts state substance-abuse treatment center after he was charged with ramming a tree, two parked vehicles and a traffic sign and driving the wrong way down a one-way street in East Boston on Monday, all while under the influence of compressed-air accelerant, the Suffolk County District Attorney's office reports.
