SIDNEY, Ohio (WDTN) -- One house in Sidney has a car in its garage, but didn't use the typical entrance.

The Sidney Police Department was called to a home in the 600 block of Sixth Avenue for a crash around 10:30 a.m. on Thursday.

Investigation revealed a Chevrolet Impala had been traveling northbound on Sixth Avenue when it veered off to the left, through a yard and into a house. It came to rest in the side of the home's garage.

One witness told police the vehicle appeared to be moving at a high rate of speed at the time of the crash.

The driver was taken to the hospital, according to our partners at Sidney Daily News.

City officials say no one was several injured, and no one has been arrested at this time.
