The Delaware County Emergency Response Team was called to a home in Norwood Thursday morning for a barricaded subject.

Norwood police said in a social media post police and the Emergency Response Team handled an incident on the unit block of Martin Lane.

Police said the tenant refused to leave following notice of their eviction.

There was no word on charges. Further details were not available.
