KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- A 24-year-old and his team are taking the development world by storm. Their first project, transforming the old historic Aladdin Hotel in Downtown Kansas City.
Not only is the $38 million project on time and moving full steam ahead, but the developer behind it, Molzer Development, is also giving FOX4 a first look at their next project.
The Aladdin’s transformation is less than a year from completion and founder Zach Molzer is still in awe of the original craftsmanship that’s being carefully preserved and reimagined.
“Our brains can't comprehend something like that – they didn't have a budget, they just had a vision, and they said let’s build it,” Molzer said.
