In what is one of the busier times, outside out free agency, for NFL teams, the Seahawks wrapped up its week of putting together a 53-man roster, as well as establishing a 17-player practice squad .

"We had a great week," head coach Mike Macdonald said. "When you're on the West Coast with all the transactions, how it's going, it's tough to practice early on Monday and Tuesday, so I felt like we got great work done there. The last two days, we really got a couple of great practices in to ramp us into this weekend. Guys will be back Monday, ready to roll. Really excited about the process. Get a couple days off for the coaches to refresh before going into the season. And off we go."
