ALLOUEZ, Wis. (WBAY) - With two dead and 18 injured after the tragic shooting at a catholic church in Minneapolis yesterday, catholic churches in our area are addressing parishioners’ concerns.

The Diocese of Green Bay spoke with Action 2 News on Thursday.

While tragic events like the one we saw on Wednesday are nightmares no one wants to go through.

Leaders at the Diocese of Green Bay said they’re doing everything they can to stay vigilant, but it’s obviously difficult to predict when these events can happen.

What they can do is prepare. Leaders of this church said this is just another wake-up call for multiple catholic entities in our area.
