A Manchester teen who admitted to tipping a porta-potty over and trapping a mother and her young daughter inside at Derryfield Park in May 2024 will face no jail time if he obeys the terms of his probation.

Aiden Studer, 19, pleaded guilty to charges of criminal mischief, false imprisonment, simple assault, simple assault to a victim under 13 and simple assault to a police officer.

Two felony criminal restraint charges were reduced to false imprisonment misdemeanor charges, according to court records.

A dozen charges were dropped by the Hillsborough County Attorney’s Office as part of the plea agreement.

“We have spoken with both the mother and the daughter, and everybody is on board,” prosecutor Tamaryn Da Ponte said.

Studer was represented by attorney Eric Raymond.
