QUINCY — A Quincy woman facing numerous charges including those related to the Doyle Manufacturing site fire on July 9 was arraigned Wednesday on a new theft charge.
Elanda Neese, 50, of Quincy was in court Wednesday on a new charge of theft over $500 with a possible penalty of two to 10 years in prison. The new case was added to a growing list of charges currently set to go to trial on the court's November trial docket.
Originally arrested on July 10 and charged with arson related to fire at the former Doyle Manufacturing site at 40th and Broadway, Neese was granted pretrial release with electronic monitoring. She reportedly cut off her electronic monitor on July 15 and fled before being arrested again on July 17 in Quincy's Reservoir Park.
Neese is now facing the original charges of a
