Mizzou quarterback Sam Horn left the season-opening game against Central Arkansas in the first quarter with an injury.

Horn, who is competing for the starting job with Beau Pribula, left the game due to a lower-body injury. With about five minutes left in the first quarter. Horn came in and ran up the middle on a designed quarterback running play, he gained about five yards before he was taken down with a low hit. Horn needed help to get off the field and back to the sideline.
