LAWRENCE COUNTY, Ky. (WSAZ) - A child is recovering after a side-by-side incident.
The Louisa Fire Department said it happened Wednesday night in the Levisa Drive area of Louisa.
Louisa Fire Chief Eddie Preston said the 11-year-old flipped the side-by-side and had to be flown to the hospital.
“When he left the scene he was talking, he was fine, he was stable. Everything was good. And just for the extent of his injuries, he needed to go some place with a little bit of higher care,” Preston said.
