BOISE, Idaho — The Buhl Police Department is investigating a series of recent vandalism incidents that have damaged property and parks throughout the city, according to a statement from Chief Jeremy Engbaum.

The department shared several photos on its Facebook page showing graffiti at the Buhl Skate Park and Reed Grain, which included gang-related markings, racial slurs and hate symbols. Another incident of vandalism was at the Veterans Memorial wall in Eastman Park, where a section of the brick wall was destroyed.

The skate park vandalism occurred between 8:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 22, according to police.
