The landlord of a Plymouth pub has spoken out about the struggles being faced by live music venues. Landlord Lee from The Kings Arms in Tamerton Foliot, said that noise complaints are having very real consequences on pubs, staff, and musicians across Plymouth.
Lee has spoken out after his friend and fellow landlord, Jack Fry of the Plymstock Inn, has revealed the challenges he is facing . The Kings Arms has faced complaints when hosting live music, Lee said, and now at Jack's pub, the landlord is not only dealing with restrictions on live music inside his pub, but has also been told he cannot allow customers to use the garden after 7pm due to noise complaints.
