The Allen Park Jaguars and Trenton Trojans meet in a season-opening Downriver rivalry game as part of the 2025 Prep Kickoff Classic. Host Trenton prevailed 13-6 in last season’s head-to-head matchup in October before falling in the first round of the Division 3 playoffs to finish 7-3. Allen Park lost in the Division 2 first round to end its 2024 campaign at 6-4. Opening kickoff is set for 4 p.m. ET/3 p.m. CT on Friday, August 29 with a live TV broadcast on NFHS Network .
