Rylan Clark has been supported by co-stars Rob Rinder and Josie Gibson following his statement addressing the immigration remarks he made on This Morning . ‌

The presenter sparked discussion when he delivered a speech about immigration on Wednesday's (August 27) episode of the ITV programme, during which he stated it "seems like 'Welcome, come on in'" and that "something major needs to be done". ‌

Whilst some viewers praised Rylan, he faced criticism from others. ‌

He later turned to Instagram to explain his viewpoint, receiving a string of red hearts from Josie and the message "PROUD OF YOU" from Rob.
