Owners of The Pizza Oven have filed a lawsuit against Hall of Fame Village.

They say the Village promised a pizza exclusivity deal on the grounds but failed to deliver.

A judge has been asked to terminate the lease.

So Bear Management, operators of the 10-location chain founded in Canton in 1956, has asked a judge to terminate its lease.

In a Stark County Common Pleas Court filing, Pizza Oven attorney Terry J. Evans stated an exclusivity guarantee was important.
