Two conferences set for fruit growers, food preservers

Two statewide organizations that promote the production and use of local produce announce their separate annual conferences this October at the Hilo Hawaiian Hotel. Open to the public, attendees can enjoy a 50% early-bird registration discount through Aug. 31.
