COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State women's basketball head coach Kevin McGuff addressed his two-week suspension during his first press conference since he was arrested nearly four months ago for driving while impaired.

McGuff told media Thursday that the incident was a “really, really horrible situation.”

“No excuses. I made a horrible mistake,” he said.

McGuff, who lives in Dublin, was charged with an OVI in May by the Dublin Police Department. He was arrested outside of his home where he was found sitting in his car, according to an arrest report.
