More summer warmth is expected today and into the start of the weekend with highs in the 80s, however rain chances will slowly increase throughout the weekend as well.

Another quiet start this morning with a few clouds across the state and temperatures generally in the upper 50s to around 60 degrees. We'll start the day with plenty of sunshine, but like the past few days, clouds will build this afternoon. Temperatures should be just as warm as yesterday, if not a degree or two warmer in spots with highs in the low to mid-80s. Very spotty showers are expected this afternoon, similar to what we saw yesterday, but should be light in nature and most locations will be dry.
