When it comes to the differences between the U.S. and other countries when traveling, the list could be endless. Between the culture shock of the scale of the U.S., the reliance on cars over public transport, and the sky-high prices of medicines, there are a lot of differences to get your head around when you arrive in the U.S. for a vacation.
