Aberdeen have discovered who they will face in the Europa Conference League , with the Dons set for some tricky ties across the continent.

Jimmy Thelin's men dropped into Europe's third tier after losing 5-2 on aggregate to FCSB in the Europa League play-off round, with a 3-0 second leg defeat doing the damage after the draw at Pittodrie.

Victory in the Scottish Cup Final had earned a shot at the Europa League with the added safety net, and just like in 2023 it will be a season in the third tier following a play-off defeat.

Now, the Dons know who they will face including a tough task at Pittodrie against Ukrainian outfit Shakhtar Donetsk and a trip to face Sparta Prague.
