Those Winnipeg Blue Bombers going into their first Labour Day Classic say they’re as ready as they can be for Sunday’s tilt with the Roughriders in Regina.
“Be ready for the noise and ready to tune out some stuff,” O-lineman Gabe Wallace said as the Bombers wrapped up Thursday’s practice. “I’ve heard it throughout the building, that this game really ramps up to another level.”
The 25-year-old Wallace got hurt and missed this game as a rookie last year. He only has to turn a few lockers to his left to find out what it’ll be like.
