CALDWELL, Idaho — You can get a taste of the wine culture at this year’s Sunnyslope Wine Festival happening Sunday, August 31st.
Visitors can taste wines from 17 local wineries, grab a bite to eat from one of several food trucks, and check out the goods from a handful of artisan vendors at the festival.
In addition to the tastes, live music will fill the air with The Ringtones from 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and The Midnight Jazz Cats from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Heather Dunning, Treasurer for the Sunnyslope Wine Trail Association, shared why this event is unique.
"It is a great opportunity to experience 17 wineries from this region that are award winning. This is also the area where you see most of the grapes produced for Idaho, so it's a very unique opportunity. You're not buzzing around
