The shooter who carried out a violent attack on Catholic school children in Minneapolis on Wednesday morning left behind hundreds of pages of notes and a series of videos glorifying school shooters and mass killers.
During an update Thursday afternoon, Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O'Hara and Acting U.S. Attorney for Minnesota Joseph Thompson painted suspect Robin Westman as a hate-filled person who sought notoriety through a heinous act, like so many other mass shooters.
They had a "deranged fascination with previous mass shootings," O'Hara said, "and he fantasized about the plans of other mass shooters."
According to the police chief, "literally hundreds of pieces of evidence have been recovered" from Annunciation Church and from three homes associated with Westman, in Minneapolis, R
