FARGO — Standing in front of a group, Nichole Rae often begins with a simple statement: “I have a daily practice.”

For Nichole, that phrase is more than a ritual. It’s a declaration — one she believes has the power to shift how people carry stress, self-doubt and even grief.

“It’s the most important declaration,” Nichole said. “It’s not about what you do … It’s about the declaration you make to yourself that gives you the practice.”

After five years in Florida, Nichole has returned to the Fargo-Moorhead community with her inspirational analogies, practices and her creative wellness philosophy, The Art of Daily Practice.
