Tropical Smoothie Cafe coming to St. John

Tropical Smoothie Cafe will open soon in St. John.

The smoothie shop will be located in the Arcadia Center at 10081 Wicker Ave., Unit #12.

It has locations all across the country, including at 1600 E. 79th Ave. in Merrillville.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe serves smoothies, bowls, sandwiches, salads, flatbreads, wraps and quesadillas it calls simply ‘dillas. It blends up a variety of healthy smoothies like the Avocolada, Detox Island Green, Peanut Paradise, Acai Berry Boost, Chia Banana Boost, Mango Monsoon and Watermelon Mojito. They can be enhanced with supplements like collagen, pea protein and probiotic.

It also offers nutritious bowls with acai, chia, oatmeal and Greek yogurt. Other food options include a Supergreen Caesar; chicken pesto flatbread; spinach feta and pesto breakfast wrap;
