Police officers used a vehicle "grappling" device to stop a stolen vehicle in Livonia this week, ripping the rear axle off the stolen vehicle in the process.
At approximately 7:25 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 28, troopers were on patrol when they saw a Chevrolet Cruze that had been reported stolen.
