One person was critically injured Friday morning in a two-vehicle crash in Gardena, police said.
The collision was reported at 3:27 a.m. at the intersection of Western Avenue and Artesia Boulevard and involved a Ford F150 pickup truck and a Chevrolet HHR, according to Gardena police Lt. Matthew Hassoldt.
“Upon arrival, officers located an unresponsive male inside the Chevrolet,” Hassoldt said in a news release. “Los Angeles County Fire Department personnel arrived and transported the injured male, who remains in critical condition, to Harbor-UCLA Medical Center.”
