A 23-year-old man was arrested after allegedly inappropriately recording a woman in the University of Central Florida campus library.

The victim said she was studying on the fifth floor of the library when she noticed a cellphone camera pointed directly up her skirt, according to police.

She confronted the suspect, identified as Yeonsoo Lee, and demanded to see his phone.

The victim told police that Lee tried to hide the latest videos, but she did find a recording of her on his phone.
