LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – A Fayette County Public Schools dean is scheduled to be arraigned Friday after being indicted in connection with a road rage incident.
John “Jay” Bordas has been formally indicted on a wanton endangerment charge. Prosecutors say the case stems from an April incident where Bordas allegedly followed another driver home and pointed a gun at them. A grand jury found his actions created a substantial risk of death or serious injury.
Bordas has been on administrative leave from Bryan Station High School since the incident.
