A travel writer has described her experience aboard a Scottish sleeper train as 'exhilarating' and suggests it could be the best in the UK. But her followers are all saying the same thing in response after she spent days traversing the Scottish countryside. Monisha Rajesh documented her journey aboard the Royal Scotsman from Edinburgh Waverley and wrote about the experience in a new book.

Speaking on fellow travel journalist Holly Rubenstein's popular podcast, The Travel Diaries, Monisha recounted her trip through the Highlands. Taking in all the sights and sounds, she said it made passengers "grin away like kids".
