There are long traffic queues on the A30 near Exeter this evening (Friday) after a multi-vehicle crash, according to reports.

Traffic monitoring site, Inrix, reported at 5.15pm: "Reports of queuing traffic due to multi-vehicle accident on A30 eastbound from A377 (Alphington Junction, Exeter) to M5 J31 (Okehampton turn-off, Exminster)."

Maps show traffic queueing for around three miles from Pocombe Bridge, through Ide, and to Shillingford Abbot, close to the M5.

It is not yet known how many vehicles are involved, or whether anyone has been injured.
