A West Lothian man is gearing up to take on a challenge in memory of his oldest daughter who died following a cancer battle.
Stewart “Stu” Graham, a professional skateboarder from Livingston who's competed in America, is taking on the gruelling North Coast 500 (NC500) challenge to raise money for the Team Jak Foundation charity, reports The Record.
Team Jak Foundation, a Scottish charity supporting children and young people with cancer, supported Roxanne as she underwent treatment after being diagnosed with synovial sarcoma, a rare and aggressive cancer of the soft tissues that most often develops near large joints.
The exact cause of the cancer is unknown. Roxanne passed away aged just 11 years old.
