Trump and Penn Station: Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy visited Penn Station on Wednesday to reveal the federal government’s $7 billion plan to rebuild the long-maligned transit hub, which critics note has been mired in years of delays and false starts. The Trump administration first took control of the Penn Station redesign away from the MTA in April, saying at the time, “ the MTA’s history of inefficiency, waste and mismanagement also meant that a new approach is needed.” Gov.
