Glasgow chef and broadcaster Julie Lin has stepped down as head chef and director of Partick restaurant GaGa.
The Dumbarton Road diner was awarded a Bib Gourmand distinction at the Michelin Guide ceremony earlier this year for its blend of Malaysian and Scottish flavours. Julie, who launched GaGa during the pandemic, started with a street food stall at SWG3.
The stall quickly captured attention and grew into a successful restaurant that showcased her distinctive approach to flavour, creativity, and hospitality. Julie is now shifting her focus to new projects in TV, Broadcasting, pop up restaurants, education and consultation.
