60 grams Prosciutto San Daniele

Substitute: Prosciutto di Parma

40-60 grams Wagyu bresaola

Substitute: Classic bresaola or capocollo

200 grams Cacciatore salami

Substitute: Mortadella, or finocchiona

50 grams Parmigiano Reggiano

Substitute: Grana Padano or Pecorino Romano

80 - 100 grams Tête de Moine

Substitute: Asiago cheese, pecorino or something completely different, like a blue cheese
