Sierra Lutheran High School football showed off its defense Thursday night in a 21-0 road win over Plumas Charter.

On two separate occasions, the Warrior offense had the Falcons backed up inside their own 10-yard line.

Both times, the Falcons came away with defensive stands.

Jude Lamprecht was the team leader in tackles Thursday, per head coach Justin Barlow, and was credited with a forced fumble and fumble recovery.

Matt Alpers forced a fumble that was recovered by Sierra Lutheran and Mason LaBarge grabbed an interception in the third quarter.

The game’s first score came courtesy of Gianni Gabriel, who broke free for an 89-yard touchdown run to put the Falcons up 6-0 in the second quarter.
