ORANGEBURG, S.C. (WCSC) - A judge in Orangeburg County set bond Friday for the man now charged in the Aug. 13 death of a South Carolina Highway Patrol trooper.
Anthony Aydlette, 45, of Hanahan now faces a charge of reckless homicide in addition to an earlier charge of operating a vehicle on a suspended license, authorities said.
A judge set a $250,000 cash surety bond on Friday afternoon, WIS-TV reported . The judge also ordered Aydlette not to leave the state if he posted bail and to have no contact with the trooper’s family.
